The registration fees are given in the table below. The amount varies according to status and membership.

1 Students may be asked to provide a document assessing their status.

2 The price includes a membership fee for joining the Eurohaptics society. A registration discount is given for the society members. Therefore, the conference attendees have every advantage of selecting the 'fees with membership included' since they will benefit doubly of a reduced rate and membership to the Eurohaptics Society.

 The registration fee includes: 

    • Admission to all conference sessions 
    • Conference kit including USB proceedings and digest Book
    • Welcome reception and farewell party 
    • Coffee breaks to be served during the conference 

 Additional fees are necessary to attend the banquet and workshops/tutorials and the banquet. At the time of the initial registration, it is strongly advised to also sign up, if desired, for the additional events, as registering for them at a later time will require to redo the registration.

 Registration procedure

The registration procedure is composed of 2 main steps (see the schematic below):

  • Account creation: 
    • The account creation can be done on the following website account-creation
    • You will receive a second email inviting you to register (step2)
  • Registration finalization and payment: upon the reception of the second email, you can proceed to the registration.

    • The registration can be done on the following website registration (this step can not be achieved before receiving the invitation mail
    •  During the registration, you can choose the additional events you would like to attend (banquet, workshop/tutorial
    •  Then you can pay. Two payment methods are possible:
      • By Credit Card: this is the simplest way to pay. You will receive an email with a payment ticket and another including an invoice

      • By Bank Transfer: You will receive an email containing the banking information of the conference. Upon the reception of this email you can make the wire transfer. French organizations can pay using the pre-purchase order attached to the mail.  Please note that the sender should pay all bank remittance charges. In order to confirm your registration, please send the remittance slip to  (Please do not pay attention to the message stating that bank transfer is only for French organizations.) 

Please note that at least one registration by one of the autors is required for the corresponding accepted paper to be included in the proceedings.

Fees are not refunded except in cases of force majeure.
